A: No hardware is required! You can use Softphone apps (like Zoiper, SIPnetic, PortSIP or MicroSIP) on your existing laptops or smartphones. However, if you prefer physical devices, Buel PBX allows you to bring your own device (BYOD) and works with standard IP phones.

A: Unlike other providers who charge per user, Buel PBX offers affordable Extension Bundles. For example, our 10-Extension Bundle costs just Rs. 1,500/month (billed yearly). This makes us one of the most cost-effective office phone systems in Nepal. We also have a one-time deployment fee of Rs. 10,000.

A: The Buel PBX software setup is fast. However, acquiring a SIP line in Nepal (from NTC or Ncell) typically takes 1 to 2 weeks after document submission. We recommend submitting your company registration documents immediately to speed up the process.

A: Yes, Buel PBX is designed to work with Nepal’s major telecom providers. For NTC Users: NTC currently does not allow number porting for SIP. You will likely need to acquire a new NTC SIP number for your office. For Ncell Users: We can assist with Ncell SIP integration based on their latest enterprise policies.

A: To provide the lowest possible rates for Nepalese businesses, we operate on a Yearly Billing cycle. This ensures your corporate communication lines remain active without monthly administrative interruptions.

A: Yes. Buel PBX includes 3 months of call recording history by default. This is essential for customer service training and dispute resolution for businesses in Kathmandu and across Nepal.
